🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to Indian scientists and engineers working abroad, under 40 years of age.
- Must have a higher degree (Ph.D. in Science/Engineering, Masters in Engineering/Technology, MD in Medicine) with enough professional experience.
- Candidates should have an outstanding research track record, shown by publications and recognitions.
- Not holding any permanent/tenure-track/contractual position in any Indian institution.
- Must be working abroad at the time of nomination.
📝 Application Process:
- Choose Institution: Candidates must choose a host institution in India willing to support their research.
- Nomination: Institutions should forward nominations to SERB.
- Selection: A special committee periodically selects fellows.
- Submission: Nominations are accepted throughout the year, only through the head or an authorized person of the organization/university/institute.
Project Proposal Submission: Follow the guidelines and submit online through http://www.serbonline.in.
