🚀 About the Professional Fellows Program

The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a two-way worldwide exchange program. PFP creates enduring alliances between mid-level rising leaders from participating nations and the United States, therefore advancing mutual understanding and improving leadership and professional abilities.

Tailored to their professional development goals, participants participate in intense five- to six-week fellowships at government offices, private sector companies, and U.S. non-profit organizations. Under suitable travel conditions and public health policies, the program consists in virtual activities preceding an in-person U.S.-based exchange. PFP may change to a completely virtual form as required in response to global health concerns.
