🚀 About Scholarship:
The Phule Ambedkar Fellowship (PAF) is a cross-functional role designed to provide field experience and strategic project management skills. Fellows will focus on Policy Implementation of PoWER (Portfolio of Welfare Entitlements and Rights), and work closely with government officials and various departments within Indus Action. This 12-month full-time commitment involves leading operations, mentoring community champions, and supporting the implementation of welfare schemes.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Postgraduates can also apply), preferably in Social Science, MSW, or Public Policy.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, fellowship experience can be included.
- Field/community engagement experience is a must.
- Research experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong documentation, project management, and event management skills.
- Comfortable with technology and survey tools.
