Eligibility Criteria:

Indian Citizens, U.S. Citizens. U.S. Permanent Residents
Age: 21-35 years
Bachelor’s degree completion
Willingness to serve in India for the full program duration
Willingness to learn local languages if required.
Commitment to contribute to community-based development.

Application includes a written component and interview. Selected fellows are matched with partner organizations. Host organization undergo a rigorous selection process, demonstrating scalability, clear project goals, and alignment with AIF’s values.
