The Problem (The ED Crisis): Despite achieving a 99% Gross Enrolment Ratio at the primary level, the quality of education in India remains a challenge. The Bhumi Fellowship addresses this by working with all stakeholders in the school ecosystem through a whole-school transformation approach.

About Fellowship:
The Bhumi Fellowship is a 2-year paid, transformative program designed to groom the next generation of education leaders. Fellows receive hands-on training and on-the-job experience in teaching and transforming schools in India.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or Final Year Students
- Age between 20 and 30 Years
