About Organization:

India Fellow stands as a transformative experiential social leadership program, specifically crafted for young Indians seeking to create a meaningful impact in society. The program goes beyond traditional learning, offering a comprehensive 18-month journey that encompasses: full-time engagement, holistic training, peer learning community, guiding mentorship, empowerment, discovering leadership potential, shaping futures, making a tangible difference.

About Fellowship:

The fellows will be assigned to projects after careful considerations of various factors like skillset, aspirations and experience of the fellows along with those of the requirements of the project. While the expectations may be high from a fellow, there will be some time to settle down and understand the new ecosystem that you would be in. Because this is a big decision from the fellow’s point of view to invest 18 months of their time in what could be an entirely new experience, everyone will expect fellows to be proactively taking initiative in whatever they are engaged in. Wherever there is some technicality, they will be trained and equipped with skills accordingly by the host organization and the fellowship. Community immersion, development program management and communication, engaging in team capacity building are some key ingredients of all our projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 20 to 30 years
• Education: Completed graduation (or will complete before fellowship commencement)
• Commitment: Ready for a full-time commitment
• Engagement: Prepared for a 24×7 engagement with the local community
• Alignment: Share alignment with the fellowship’s philosophy and values

Application Process:

• Application: Complete the online application providing subjective answers after careful consideration.
• Telephonic Conversation: Successful applicants proceed to a 15-20 minute phone call to better understand each other and the program.
• Assessment Day: Those clearing the initial rounds participate in group activities and personal interviews with the India Fellow team.
• Selection: Successful candidates are invited to join the fellowship and can deliberate on acceptance.
