Their flagship programs are designed to inspire transformative leadership rooted in care, inclusion, and collaboration.
🚀 About Fellowship:
The One Future Fellowship is a dynamic program designed to empower individuals passionate about feminist leadership and social justice. Running every Sunday from February to September 2025, this fellowship offers a rigorous blend of theory, skill-building, and actionable leadership practices.
Fellows will engage in weekly 4.5-hour interactive sessions, micro-action projects, and a capstone project aimed at driving social impact. Participants receive personalized coaching, access to a robust community network, and hands-on opportunities to implement their learnings in real-world contexts.
The program ensures inclusivity and accessibility, with financial aid and a free pre-course on feminist leadership for eligible applicants. Fellows will leave with enhanced leadership skills, a strong sense of community, and practical experience to advocate for systemic change.

📝 Application Process:
- Submit Application: Complete the application form by December 25, 2024.
- Assignments: Shortlisted applicants will be assigned tasks starting January 8, 2025.
- Interviews: Attend interviews from January 10, 2025.
- Onboarding: Accepted fellows will join the onboarding process by January 15, 2025.
- Program Begins: The fellowship kicks off on February 2, 2025.
