Program Manager – Cloud Kitchen (Adivasi and Tribal Outreach)- Seva Charitable Trust

Program Overview!
- Program Management: Oversee the cloud kitchen program focused on promoting Adivasi and tribal cuisines, ensuring smooth operations and quality standards.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with Adivasi and tribal communities around Sanjay Gandhi National Park to source ingredients, traditional recipes, and ensure their culinary heritage is respected and promoted.
- Operational Management: Manage daytoday operations of the cloud kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and delivery logistics.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, volunteers, and community members involved in the project, ensuring that all team members are welltrained and motivated.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cloud kitchen, raise awareness about Adivasi and tribal cuisines, and attract customers through various channels, including social media, workshops, and local events.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the kitchen operates within budget while maintaining profitability and sustainability.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with local businesses, government bodies, and nonprofit organizations to secure resources, partnerships, and funding for the program.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the program’s impact on the community, measuring success in terms of social impact, economic growth, and cultural preservation. Provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Advocacy and Representation: Represent the program in community meetings, workshops, and events, advocating for the preservation and promotion of Adivasi and tribal cultures through the kitchen’s work.

Eligibility Criteria
- Hotel Management Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or in a kitchen management role, preferably in the food industry or community development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and working with marginalized communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with local communities and stakeholders.
- Project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Passion for community empowerment, cultural preservation, and sustainable livelihoods.
- Familiarity with the food industry and cloud kitchen models would be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle diverse responsibilities and work independently with a resultsdriven approach.
