Roots is a Greenpeace initiative dedicated to catalyzing the growth and impact of a Global South climate justice movement composed of intersectional and youth-led grassroots groups. By focusing on sustained, strategic, and responsible relationship and movement building, Roots invests in long-term grassroots power and leadership essential for driving climate action. Their holistic approach includes capacity development, community building, and micro-funding to support impactful intersectional campaigns.

Application Process
- Outline your project’s objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure you have all necessary materials, such as group member information, project plans, and any supporting documents.
- Download the application package from the Roots website.
- Fill out the form in one of the accepted languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, or French.
- Send your completed application by the deadline on April 14, 2025.
- Applications will be reviewed by a selection team, and successful applicants will be notified accordingly.
