Sachhi Saheli is a Delhi-based NGO dedicated to spreading accurate knowledge on adolescent health and life skills with a special focus on menstrual health and hygiene.

Job Description

Sachhi Saheli is seeking a motivated and organized Project Associate to support the Project Manager in the implementation and coordination of CSR projects. The Project Associate will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating various CSR initiatives at the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to project activities.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports.
  • Help maintain project documentation, including records of expenses, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of project communication materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and gather data as needed for project activities and reporting.
  • Support capacity building initiatives for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
  • Participate in field visits and meetings with stakeholders as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, etc.).
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in project coordination or related roles in an NGO or similar organization preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within Delhi and occasionally outside Delhi for project-related activities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and project team.
  • Adherence to NGO values and ethics.
