🚀 About the Fellowship:
The 2024 Springboard Elevate Programme by Youth Co is a 3-month fellowship designed to support young social entrepreneurs who lead projects that benefit under-represented communities. This programme aims to create a nurturing space for these young leaders to develop their leadership, storytelling, and resource mobilization skills, which are crucial for the success and growth of their ventures.
The fellowship brings together a community of passionate young founders, entrepreneurship support organizations, and UN agencies. Through this programme, participants will have the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow their impact, ultimately contributing to the betterment of their communities and the achievement of the SDGs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: At least one founder must be aged 18-35 (as per their national definition of youth).
- Community Representation: The applicant should either come from an under-represented community or work with/serve marginalized communities, such as rural populations, women, persons with disabilities, LGBTI persons, minorities, Indigenous Peoples, migrants, and refugees.
- Citizenship: The youth founder must be a citizen of one of the following countries: Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Hong Kong SAR, Iran, Laos, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Japan, South Korea, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, Nepal, Samoa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, The Philippines, Viet Nam.
- Project Stage: The project must be at least at the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage.
- Commitment: Demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing challenges faced by marginalized communities.
- Organization Type: Both non-profit and for-profit organizations are welcome to apply.
