Tele Caller - Sales (Corporate and Client Outreach)

Program Overview!
- Initiate outbound calls to corporate clients and potential donors to introduce Seva Charitable Trust’s initiatives and services.
- Promote and sell the Trust’s programs, campaigns, and events to corporates and other clients.
- Engage clients and establish rapport to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions in line with the Trust’s goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback, updates, and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in a minimum of 3 languages: Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, or other regional languages.
- Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage, especially in the non-profit or corporate sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of charitable fundraising and corporate giving will be a plus.
