Volunteering with Ability Sports Africa offers a unique chance to engage directly with children with disabilities and the local community. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in various impactful programs:
- Inclusive Sports for Children with Disabilities: Help organize and run sports activities designed for children with disabilities, fostering a sense of inclusion and teamwork.
- Community Grassroot Football Program: Support and train young football enthusiasts from different communities, promoting physical activity and social engagement.
- Inclusive Education & Health: Contribute to educational and health-related initiatives, including therapy sessions and reproductive health education.
- Development of Uganda’s First Inclusive Sports Pack: Collaborate in creating resources and activities that cater to the needs of children with disabilities and their communities.
